MagicBrews is in early access and provided “as is,” without warranties. Features may change or break. Don’t rely on it for anything you can’t afford to have go wrong.

Pepper acts on your behalf using the tools you connect. You are responsible for what you ask her to do. Actions that send, delete, spend, or are visible to others pause for your explicit approval before they run; if you grant a standing “always allow” for a tool, you accept that it then runs without asking (high-stakes actions are never eligible for that).

Don’t use MagicBrews to break the law, violate others’ rights, or abuse the connected services’ own terms. Don’t attempt to extract other users’ data or disrupt the service.

AI usage costs money. The service enforces spending caps, but you are responsible for the usage you drive within them.

To the extent the law allows, MagicBrews and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Pepper can make mistakes; review consequential actions.

These terms will change as the product matures. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
